Woke up one day last week and this new Bundt pan was Sitting on the counter waiting to be used... now I’m baking everything in it! This is a pumpkin 🎃 zucchini 🥒cake 🍰 came out great 👍🏾 just like the banana 🍌zucchini 🥒 one from last week so the next one will be chocolate 🍫 Recipe: 3 cups flour 1.5 cups sugar 1 cup Butternut/pumpkin/ etc squash 1 cup zucchini squash 1/2 cup plain yogurt or sour cream 3 eggs 1 cup butter/coconut oil 1 tablespoon pumpkin spice blend 1.5 teaspoon baking soda 1.5 teaspoon baking power 1 ts salt 1 ts vanilla or almond extract ✨✨✨✨ Directions: whip together sugar and fat. Add eggs, cream, extract baking power, baking soda and mix well. Add flour one cup at a time whisking well in between each cup with Squash, zucchini, spice blend and salt. Bake for about an hour checking with long toothpick for doneness.
