Shouldn't a private "real estate" transfer be just as simple as a private car transfer if it's done on paper, in common law court? Wouldn't the seller just need to present the buyer's negotiable instrument/valuable asset to their bank for acceptance, and the agreement declares the property in God's jurisdiction (not occupied by USPS)? What more?
