Last week, I was very consistent with my intermittent fasting. My fasts were clean - I only drank water or plain sparkling water while fasting. My eating window is about 7 hours. I mostly had my one larger meal of the day earlier, with a smaller meal/snack for dinner. I ate whatever I wanted within my eating window, but I do NOT stuff myself. No exercise except a few hikes/walks. I'm down 4 pounds this week and my energy is off the charts. I'm excited for another week of IF! This seems to be working more than anything I've tried and I'm not depriving myself.
