Hello friends in Law at Lawfulliving. I made a visitation to the Law and Justice Center (LJC), here in McLean County, Illinois, yesterday on the charges of the offences of resisting a police officer with injury and Trespass to a building (the same LJC I was trespassed) of which I was arrested. I dismissed the PD that the 1st judge of the court assigned and forced upon me, against my will and consent, at an ex parte communications hearing. On this special visitation, the judge tells me "I have to be certain you understand the charges that you are accused of committing by the state". The arrest occurred on July 21st, this was my first real "appearance" to the charges. This "judge" (yesterday) tells me that he must also make sure that I can properly defend myself at a trial should a trial be necessary. I told the judge... I am of sound mind and most certainly capable of handling my own affairs. I, prior too, nor now, do not wish to exercise my right of the assistance of council and reserve the right and wave none. Judge asks me questions about my age, I said... am I to tell the truth and if anything I say be found untruthful could I be charged with perjury. Judge tells me... Yes, you must be truthful. I said... Well, since you put it that way, I have no personal knowledge of my age or my birth that what ever I say is deemed to be hearsay. So I don't know for sure. But a long story short, This Judge, in open court and on the record says... "I find and believe you can represent yourself so I will allow it". I say... Sir, with all respect to the court, It's not for you to decide if I, the living man can or cannot present himself as the registered agent to the principle in matters before this court. So, therefore, I object to your finding of... I will allow you to represent yourself.. . beside that, I am the agent, for the person named and called into this court, and this court has not been properly vested with subject matter and persona jurisdictions, of which you need, as Judge of this court, to proceed forward, correct. Before he kicks me out of the courtroom, He says... "Theirs an old saying, he who represents himself, has a fool for a lawyer". I said, "Sir, did you just call me a fool and a lawyer? Anyway, I wanted to share a little about what happened at court, and, I'll do a video soon (maybe this evening) and we can share some tips on things to do and not to do, and/or just as a learning tool. I hope you join in on the conversation. Zoom # is 257 429 2602. Lets hear some topics to discuss. Status, FARA, some of the ACTS...
