To obtain an original Social Security number card, you must submit convincing evidence of your age, U.S. citizenship or alien status, and true identity, as described in paragraphs (b) through (e) of this section. NOW what is the definition of you? Here it is:You means an individual who owes a debt to the United States within the scope of this subpart.
