IRS does not publish forms that which allow the submitter to specify their status as a "non-resident non-person" who is not an “alien” or statutory “individual”. All statutory “individuals” are statutory “aliens” pursuant to 26 C.F.R. §1.1441-1(c)(3) and the submitter is NOT a statutory “alien” and therefore not an “individual”. Without being an “individual”, they also cannot be a statutory “person” under 26 U.S.C. §7701(a)(1).
