#QUITVOLUNTEERING One simple question in any case... Can the benficiary substitute a TIN [Taxpayer Identification Number] issued under authority of the Social Security Administration upon SS5 [Application For Social Security Card] which clarifies the (O)bliogor by; a number [claimed to be a SSN: (Authors query: What "specifically is the SSN as opposed to Social Security Number - could it too or otherwise be a Selective Service Number...?)] for dis-charge of what is assessed to be charged...? So we have: "Can the benficiary substitute a TIN issued under authority of the Social Security Administration upon SS5 for dis-charge of what is assessed to be charged under a taxable issuance...?" I mean charges are assessed and not yet confirmed - correct...? Do you see that is specifically why they "have court" [a process]... WHO can do such things...? The holder of the number...? 😉 They know the name - that's the easy part...
