Today is day eleven of the 900 squatty, thrusty, lungey challenge! I usually warm up with swings, as usual, then add deadlifts one day, rows and pull downs or push ups another day to keep balance for the upper and lower body. Itā€™s very challenging in deed but I am getting stronger! Started for week with thirty pounds and upped this week to forty plus doing two set of twenty instead of one straight set of thirty šŸ™ŒšŸ¾šŸ¦µšŸ¾
