Day two I added 50 swings in the beginning and end to the 30 each: squats, hip thrust, front lunges. Day three I did 50 swings in the beginning and added 30 deadlifts to the mix with back lunges. Today I’m likely going to add some arm/upper body moves and 50 swings! Not tew mucho late to join in the 900 each (squat, thrust, lunge) #BendOverChallenge 🙌🏾
