Good morning Friends in Law Has anyone here ever redone their property Deed of Trust with the meets and bounds of their land? I recently learned you have the right to create your own Deed of Trust and record in the county where you live. That trumps the existing Deed of Trust which states that "I hereby transfer all right, title and interest in the property". I am studying this. When you create a new Deed of Trust as described below, you own the land and everything in it, therefore the lender cannot foreclose on your property. Any help is highly appreciated. Thanks!
