Hello Friends in Law. This post will be about my current situation with my "mortgage". Due to financial difficulties because of Covid19, I entered into a forbearance plan with the lender which will expire in March of 2021. Needless to say, I see a forfeiture (foreclosure) action coming my way. Therefore, after studying the mortgage process for about 3-4 months I decided to send the lender a Notice of Request and Complaint. The Notice was sent via certified mail to the Compliance Manager Office in Folsom, California. You can view the notice on this post. Today, October 29 2020 I received a call from the lender's Regulatory Compliance Manager, which I did not answer. He then sent me an email after calling me. Email is attached to this post and the voice message is the following: "“Yes. Hi Good afternoon. I am calling from SIERRA PACIFIC MORTGAGE in Folsom, California, Sacramento California I guess. Just received a certified letter from Ms. XXXXXXXXXXXX. I hope I pronounced this right. Jjust wanted to speak to you about what has transpired. I will be happy to provide all of that information. If you don’t mind giving me a call at 916 932 1717. My name is Amir Sabet and I am the Compliance Manager, and I’ll be more than happy to help you. Just give me a call back so I can explain some things and also verify exactly what is it that you need because we have recorded copies but I don’t have any certified copies. But we can take care of it. Thank you, looking forward to talking to you. Bye bye.” I will follow up with a second Notice (once I am done creating it I will share here). And proceed with placing a lien on my property. @MalikaDulce will post a lien template and I will record it no later than Tuesday of next week November 3 2020.
