So we have decided to make wine 🍷 from some of the juice and use the pulp to make vinegar! I’m going to do it just like I do the apple scrap vinegar which is: soak it for two weeks, strain the pulp, then add sugar with the vinegar mother for another few weeks. This will be my first attempt at this but I’m confident the results will be great 🙌🏾
